Easy to book and thankfully, did not need to use. In the past I did have to use the Insurance due to medical ermegency, and Travelex paid out right away

I've used Travelex for years for ski trips and all personal travel. They've been great, with a very user-friendly website and tremendously friendly and helpful people on the phone. Although I have never needed to file a claim, I highly recommend them.

Fortunately, I have never filed a claim and so cannot comment on company performance. However, on this trip we had to jiggle the start and finish dates with no change in length of coverage. InsureMyTrip made this change without a problem or extra expense.
