Your trip plan I chose was perfect and at an excellent price.. Fortunately, I had no problems and did not need your help. The trip was fabulous. This is the first time we had travel insurance. We have traveled extensively in the past, and those past trips and this one (we purchased insurance for) - we are just blessed and never have had a need for a claim. So it's kind of hard to access the elements of the plan and the value. This trip, we insured, was the most expensive we've taken - and we at least had peace of mind if anything went wrong we had a safety net. We will use you again in the future when we take another trip of this sort. Thank you,

For some reason, I've always been a little skeptical of travel insurance, but with a big trip to Italy, Spain and France planned for just my son and I, I Googled, Yelped and generally researched options. I chose Travelex through InsureMyTrip and then thought, well, that's probably a waste of my money. Wrong! I was biking in Italy, had an accident and tumbled down an embankment. No serious injuries, but I did end up in a doctor's office to be patched up and have some x-rays taken. I got a handwritten receipt. A few days after returning home, I filled out the form for a claim and sent it off. Less than 3 weeks later the Travelex check from their underwriter, Stonebridge Casualty, arrived for the full amount. Wow. No hassle. I'd use Travelex and InsureMyTrip again in a flash.

Though I didn't need to file any claims (thank goodness), having the coverage did provide peace of mind. I would definitely consider purchasing another plan for big ticket trip in the future.

Fortunately,I did not need to submit a claim. However, it was comforting to see that Travelex had numerous office/kiosk locations in France and England. Nice to know that I could speak directly to one of your representatives.

Nobody wants to have to file a claim. This was a trip to Alaska and a long way from home. Four long flights. Anything could happen. And what if something happened in interior Alaska or on the cruise. It was great piece of mind. Absolutely no regrets!

Plan met my needs and relieved anxiety. I appreciated the website capability to compare plans and coverage. Very clear and understandable. I should have researched and purchased as soon as I made deposit in order to meet restrictions for any cancellation. Did not have to file a claim.
