I rated them mostly satisfied only because we did not have to use them. Very difficult to rate programs like this when you pick one out of the blue and in the end did not need to use them. The good news is we didn't need to use them but on the other hand, unless you have the need to use them you are never really sure just how things will work out. But this plan seemed to cover what we might need at a fair price.

My son and I both had to visit the ship doctor. I paid for our visit and the meds out of pocket. When I returned home, I simply called the number listed on my policy. I was immediately emailed forms that had to be completed and mailed in. About 3 weeks later, I received a check in the mail for the full amount! This insurance is a no-brainer, in my opinion.

The plan gave us peace of mind. I suppose you always question something in hindsight when you pay for it and don't use it, so the true value of a purchase such as this really is tested when its needed.

The rating above does not indicate what bubble is for "excellent". In any event, we were very happy. The coverage was far less expensive than the cruise line's "insurance" - with far better coverage. Also, the customer service assistance with selecting a plan was outstanding. Thanks!
