I did not need to use my insurance, but there were a couple of times when I thought I might miss my flight due to late flight arrivals and shortened connection times, not to mention being locked in my B&B while getting ready to leave for the airport! Having insurance gave me peace of mind. Regardless of which plan or insurance company I chose, I was glad to have it.

Due to a flight delay, we were not able to use some pre-paid tickets for events and on top of that, my husband's camera got damaged on one of our excursions. I was skeptical about filing 2 claims for refunds, but was surprised when both were processed and paid in full. Thank you for your service!

The service exceeded our expectations. The representative was patient and reviewed all our options in details to confirm we had everything covered. The pricing was very competitive and options were more specific than many other plans we researched. We did not have any claims to file, but I am confident they would still offer extraordindinary customer service. We have already referred them to family and friends and will be using them on our future trips as well.
