All I wanted was COVID-19 Travel Insurance as mandated by the Costa Rica government. All other companies wanted to do was insure my entire trip which was very expensive. It is hard to answer your questions when I didn't have to use your insurance. I did feel safe having the insurance just in case there was a medical emergency but thank goodness there wasn't. Your prices are excellent. I also have your insurance for another trip I am going on. Will definitely use you again.

Didn't need the plan, but coverage seemed good. I used this in July 2021 to meet Costa Rica's insurance requirement and it was very smooth. You simply upload the insurance docs to the health pass and show the QR code at immigration. Would definitely buy again.
