We needed travel insurance especially for Costa Rica which is requiring it now with specific criteria. I was able to chat with the online representative to confirm that the policy had the correct coverage. When I received the policy, I was able to download it and then upload it to the Costa Rica travel site in order to produce the needed QR code for admission into the country. The price was half of what the travel agent quoted us. I always use insuremytrip.com when travelling internationally.

Gosh - i wish that when you got home, if you didn't make a claim, you would get a tiny rebate or a credit for the next time. always feel like I wasted my mone y - even though I KNOW that if i had to use it I would be grateful. Just sayin'.

The package was great but I did not need to use it. It was nice to have piece of mind when traveling internationally. The only issue is that in Mexico they do not honor the CDW rental car insurance coverage this plan offers. You have to buy their mandatory plan, very unfortunate.
