Signing up and finding the coverage needed was great. Everything went well so I didn't need to file a claim, guess that would be the true test.

We needed to cancel for medical reasons and were pleased with the responsiveness of the company. Anybody can be nice when taking your money, but these people were gracious and timely in responding to a claim.
If there were one negative thing that I would comment on it would be that there was no feedback. We were not notified when the claim was received nor when the claim was resolved (an e-mail would have been nice). The check in the mail within two weeks of the claim submission was very nice, however.

The plan was easy to understand and purchase. The rep was very professional and answered all questions we had. Best plan for the money after comparing the others.

Relieved that I did not need to file a claim, there isn't anything to write a review on with this plan or with TruTravel other than some "peace of mind" perhaps that if needed I was covered...I hope!!!

The plan promptly covered everything they said they would cover. My only complaint is that their phone lines are closed on weekends. Our incident happened on a Friday and we were not able to figure out what exactly they would cover for a few days after that, making us feel like we were stuck in limbo. However, once we got them on the phone, the rep clarified the documentation we would need and how we could change our trip such that it was covered by the policy.

Luckily I didn't have to use the plan, but it had all the coverage I wanted, including medical evacuation and terrorism coverage. I thought the price was pretty good.
