I'm very happy with AXA. The TSA broke my $125 sun glasses when checking in my bag. I was hoping this would be covered by AXA; but it wasn't. Too bad for me.

Everything went smoothly on this trip. This was a do over because I had to cancel the same trip in December because of leg injury. AXA gave me back every penny. I highly recommend AXA.

After filing claim, Seven Corners (servicer for AXA) incorrectly sent amount due from summary submitted. It was only after escalating claim (via appeal) was correct "original" amount resolved 3 months later. ...OH and all for a minor medical issue for our daughter... less than $500 (can't imagine what they'd do if it were serious or a major medical issue)
