I didn't need the plan while I was traveling because everything worked out fine (happily). So I can only credit them on the ease of signing up and the very reasonable cost. I can't comment on whether it's a good plan if you have a problem.

Fortunately I did not have to use my plan. However, I did call prior to travel, connected to an agent immediately and had my travel concerns answered in a positive manner. Hopefully this is how it would have gone if I had needed to file a claim

"If the tour operator makes any errors, that is not something travel insurance typically protects, that would be an error they typically cover. It would have to be due to an unforeseen event listed in the plan for it to have coverage under the plan."Aug 30,2021

Since we fortunately didn't have to use the plan, it was wonderful. Who knows how we would feel if we had needed something and it wasn't covered or easy to use. However, the price was right for giving us peace of mind in the event that we might need medical attention while out of the US.

I didn’t have to make a claim so I can’t speak on that part of the service. What I can say is that I purchased this insurance months ago for my trip and what I liked the best is that right before the trip I received at least two communications reassuring me that the insurance was on my side, that they would take care of me if anything came up. I appreciate that Insure my trip made me feel confident in my purchase. Thank you for doing good business.
