Went on a 10 day island hopping tour in Greece last October, 2017. I was part of a group of 16 women. The 5th day I became violently ill and had to be taken off Mykonos Island by helicopter to Athens Hospital. Being all alone and not understanding the language was the worst part of my ordeal. But Travel Insured International was absolutely wonderful! They were notified immediately and they responded immediately. They reached my husband by phone and walked him through everything that was happening to me, and stayed in contact the 5 days I was in the hospital. When my husband and daughter couldn’t reach me by phone while in the hospital, mostly due to language barrier, they took over and had 3 way conversations possible! Between my secondary insurance and Travel Insured International, I have been fully reimbursed. I highly recommend this company, and will be using them for all future travels!

I am a world traveler for over 30 years and this was my first experience with your company. I found your customer service representatives to be very unprofessional and I feel your company is unethical in its practices. Purchasing trip insurance from your company was a total waste of time and money. I filed a claim and was treated like a second class citizen for doing so.

Upon receiving your review, we did try to contact you for more information so that we could assign an "Anytime Advocate" who would support you in the claims process especially if you believe a claim has been unfairly denied, but you did not reply.

The plans clearly state coverage and how to process if you are in need of service. Fortunately, we didn't have any problems, but the security of having the protection was well worth our investments.

Everyone I dealt with at C&F Travel Insurance was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. When our trip had an interruption which lead to out of pocket expenses, a quick phone call to them let us enjoy the rest of our trip knowing that we would be covered for the extra expense when we returned.

My husband had the misfortune to become very ill while we were traveling on a trans-Atlantic cruise. After a very thourough visit to the Ships Doctor, he was diagnosed with bronchitis. He required lung X-rays, blood work, antibiotics, and breathing treatments. When we returned to the States, we called about how to submit a claim. It couldn’t have been easier. They emailed us the claim forms and we mailed them back along with the doctors detailed diagnosis and treatments given, and the itemized credit card receipt. We received a full refund within 10 days. We were both amazed and thrilled with the service we received!
