Fortunately I didn't have any problems on my trip. The coverage and cost was just what I was looking to give me the security of protection and have no worries if there was a problem that occurred on my trip .I would recommend all people of my age to carry travel insurance form your company. delay, delay, and more delay. Every time they asked for more info which could have been requested initially. Each time they promised to answer within 10 days. they took exactly 10 days and then asked for more info. Calls to specific person who responded were not returned even though I left 8 messages over 8 days.

I purchased the plan many months before my trip. I thought it was nice that right before the trip began, I recieved an e-mail with directions on how to file a claim and how to get help if I needed it. Fortunately, I had no reason to contact anyone.

It appears that you originally submitted your claim back on 01/06/2019 and, as you state, there was a lot of back and forth going on between you and the Crum and Forster Travel Insured claims department.
