I guess the best thing about insurance is when you don't have to use it, so hard to tell how well it worked. It's like the airbag in my car; hope you never have to see if it works.

I had a very small claim of $36 for a 15 hour delay at LAX. I really only submitted it to see how difficult it would be to file a claim before I purchased from them again. I had to submit just a minimal amount of paperwork and received an electronic check in a couple of weeks. The only issue was a lack of communication. They give you a website to track your claim but it was never updated beyond they received my documents. I had to email them for status. I did end up purchasing my next trip insurance from them.
