This plan was easy to set up and add to, as various parts of our vacation came together. We did not end up needing it, as our vacation went off without a hitch, but it was nice to know it was there if need be. However, since we didn't file any claims, I have no idea how easy they would have been to work with on that end of things.

Travel insurance is hard to rate when it is not used. I was impressed with the concierge services advertised through this plan. I inquired about an airport pick-up and it was 5 times the cost that I was able to locate through tripadvisor. In trying to inquire about the concierge services, it took me 4 calls to get to the right "office" as I kept getting passed around (I guess this service is not used too often). On the tour, I heard about some much more reasonable travel insurance programs that I will use in the future.

I guess that until a claim is filed we’ll never really know how good the policy or the company is. But on the face of it the cost of the policy especially with the rental car coverage is worth it. Driving in Ukraine can be challenging. Signing up was real easy.
