I travel internationally a lot, with family abroad. I started using Insure My Trip years ago, and never had to deal with a claim until now.
When I bought the plan, the customer care guy couldn't have been more helpful with finding me the right plan. And Travel Insured International had the right plan! I will most definitely use them again. They have really helped with a bit of a miserable travel experience.

It is hard to evualate a plan when you didn't have to use it. However there was great peace of mind knowing I had purchased all of the uptions I thought might arise. That is what we do we we buy insurance, hoping we never have to use it.

Had to file a claim on cancel for any reason; they wanted proof of non-refundable airline ticket but then issued the % payment I had contracted for in a very timely manner; will buy again for this reason

Didn't need to use but three things I liked: (1) overall customer service, (2) able to add coverage to policy without increased cost, (3) received reminder of coverage just before trip.

In addition to the standard comprehensive policy benefits, this policy also includes Cancel For Any Reason, Interruption For Any Reason, Cancel For Work Reasons, the Pre-Existing Condition Waiver, and Political and Natural Disaster Evacuation.
