I was satisfied with the plan, but disappointed with the service. I called because my flight was delayed and I missed my connecting flight as a result thinking the concierge would help change my ticket. I was given another number to call and still did not get help. I stood in line for over 3 hours to get my ticket changed when I reached my connection airport. I should have been able to avoid that wait in line.

I always use InsureMyTrip for our travel. We Travel a lot and have used the Insurance twice. Never a problem.
Maybe you should have a Customer Reward/Loyalty program. Maybe a small discount.
