We don't have any major medical issues but decided to purchase insurance just in case. We didn't need to use the insurance on the trip but it was a relief knowing it was there if we needed it. Will use again in the future since the price was good.

I cancelled my trip prior to departure and any final cruise payments due to serious illness. The process to transfer this medical coverage was complicated and therefore we lost the $ .

Our cruise was delayed by one day due to a hurricane. We filed a claim and we’re quickly reimbursed for an extra night in a hotel and food for that day. They also had an app and quick phone customer service.

United lost my bag for 2 weeks. As I had to fly again for business during these 2 weeks, I had to purchase a new suitcase. When I called to staqrt a claim, I was informed that delayed baggage claims are only for outbound flights, not on return flights. I found that to be a disappointment and rather unrealistic with the flying community these days.
