Generali is a complete racket. I have been tying for weeks to follow up on a claim and all they do is give me the run-around. Obviously they don't want to pay out the claim so they are ignoring me and hoping I'll give up. What a bunch of crooks. Will never use Insuremytrip or Generali again.

I have bought travel insurance multiple times in the past, but this was the first time I actually filed a claim. The process to file the claim online was very easy to use. I received the approval to my claim only one day after I filed it and a check arrived in the mail a week later. I was very impressed and would definitely use Generali Global Assistance for further travel insurance needs.

The only real test of an insurance policy is if you have to file a claim, which I did not. The coverage seemed to be adequate for what I required. As always, the Insuremytrip representatives were very helpful in finding policies for me and answering my questions.
