I really like InsureMyTrip. the options are presented clearly and are easy to understand. The website is very user friendly. It give me lots of choices, This is the fourth trip I have used InsureMyTrip and thankfully I have never had a claim

Didn't have an event that invoked the plan (good news), but I was glad to have the protection at a reasonable s notable cost. Wouldn't travel without it!

While we did not have to file a claim, there was a possibility that we would have needed to under the Trip Interruption coverage. I called the number provided and all of my questions about the coverage were answered completely. I was able to make appropriate decisions based on the information provided. I was very pleased with the service.

Cost of plan was good. We only opted for medical but in the future will expand for full trip coverage. Fortunately we did not need to execute the plan and use the coverage. Customer service was very good and explained all the options.

I think the price was a bit high, considering the likelihood of a claim (lack of likelihood, that is). However, this particular trip was so expensive that having some protection from serious issues was necessary. While I have never filed a claim, I have needed to use the Global Assist plan once when our reservations for a flight home were cancelled and we were stuck overnight in Mexico without a peso in our pockets.

Did not need to file a claim, but I cannot place a price on the peace of mind that having trip insurance gives me. If you are spending thousands on a trip, a hundred or so to be covered in case of unforseen events is so worth it. Like all insurance...you hope you never need to use it, but if you do, it's nice to know that it is there. I have used this company before. They explain what is covered, what options are available and they are reasonably priced. I will continue to work with them in the future.
