Submitted claim in October, 2017 and nothing happened. I called in January, 2018 and one of your customer service agents - Heidi investigated and apparently got it moving through your system. To her credit, Heidi called me on February1st to see if I had received my refund. It had just arrived the day before.
Process was way too slow.
