The reason I gave it 4 starts and not 5 was because I had looked up the list of providers in their network ahead of times, but was not able to get an appointment the same day with any of them. So they told me to go to any Dr's office and they would reimburse me later upon submitting bills. I later submitted the Dr's bill and the pharmacy bill, and they reimbursed me for both without problems.

HTH Worldwide provides access to an international provider community. Providers are fully profiled and participate on a direct billing arrangement for covered services. These providers are independent practitioners with extensive medical credentials. Everything was as expected.
Purchased the plan and made our trip.
Thank goodness everything was great and did not need to make any claims. But the peace of mind for the coverage of myself and my family was well worth the expense.

Although we did not have to use this plan. Thankfully, the peace of mind knowing we had coverage while on vacation was brilliant! Thanks for the coverage. It made the vacation that much more enjoyable.
