Fortunately, I did not have need of the plan, but it was reassuring to know that I had the information with me "just in case." It's like safety equipment in a car. You hope you never have to use it, but if you do, you're glad you have it.

As a senior, insurance inquiries can sometimes be a bit more complicated, with HTH I found the staff to be most helpful and cooperative.
