Lucky for me I really didn't need to use the insurance; was stranded in the Atlanta airport due to bad weather; called the 800 number and was connected to a voice message telling me to call back between 8 AM and 10 PM, it was 11PM at the time; not very helpful; good thing it wasn't a "real" emergency.

Insurance package was and is the best travel insurance available. No claim was filed but payments would have been paid directly to the service provider without going through your normal health insurance provider.

We ran into soem people in Mexico that didn't have health coverage and it cost them plenty when they got sick. I gave them your name to get insurance next year. They didn't know it was so reasonable.

This company was extremely hard to deal with. First it was difficult to reach a live person to answer the phone. If I left a message it was not returned. I would try day after day with no return phone call. Only after InsureMyTrip got involved did I receive my payment. Payment over a month to receive.

It is hardly of value for me to write a review, as I did not experience using this insurance. It sounded good, it was reasonably priced, I signed up, it gave me a feeling of safety while I was in India for 2 months, I did not need it, and I came home safe and sound. I would probably purchase it again as it appears to be reliable.
