The proof of the value of the plan is when you need to use it. We were fortunate in that we did not need to file a claim. Although this plan seems to meet our needs, others should rely on surveys that needed to use the benefits.

Generally hard to provide an accurate review as I did not have to file a claim. However, the plan purchase process was straightforward, and I received frequent information about the plan prior to the trip. a vendor staying in your with you is MUCH better than one who sells you something and is not heard from again. Would use again.

We were unable to take our trip because of an unplanned surgery. We were contacted by the claims department representative in a very timely manner. The claims representative provided their business email and phone information, but never responded to any of my email or phone messages related to completing the claim form and accompanying paperwork. Although that was frustrating, I must have responded satisfactorily to the claims form questions because we received a check for the full amount of our claim in 6 weeks. By the way, I submitted all the claims paperwork as email attachments rather than faxing or mailing between 20 and 30 documents!

My husband had to have emergency surgery two days before we were to leave on this trip. I got a letter from the surgeon two days after his surgery and a couple other required documents and submitted my claim about 5 days after our trip was to take place. We received the full reimbursement we asked for on Dec 31 -- only 12 days after our trip was to end. They were very fast and polite and kept me informed via email. I will use them again.

I was very impressed with the InsureandGo Global Gold plan. Although I am sorry to say I did get sick, which ruined my vacation, when I did incur medical expenses and came back to file my claim, I was very pleased with how quickly everything was handled. Thank you for that and I have already referred you to my friends. Happy holidays!
