I bought the plan, but everything was fine, did not have to use it.
The coverage was good, cost reasonable, but can not say anything regarding the company.

When I called for medical assistance, the rep was slow and confused. She kept asking me for the same information. I ended up asking my hotel manager for help. He drove me to a nearby clinic he knew about. I don't understand why the rep could not have recommended the same. I'm just glad it was a relatively minor medical issue.

I ended up having to file a claim with this provider. I thought the claim should be covered under trip interruption but they covered it under trip delay which had a $500 max. Good luck trying to get a real person on the phone. All they responded to was emails - no phone messages and no response on messages left. Buyer beware of the fine print. There are many other companies out there offering their services, I will be using them in the future. Lesson learned.

I was in Europe for about three months and picked up an infection on my left foot. At first I did not think it a serious thing than two weeks later it was painful to walk. At that point I contacted InsureandGo and was stunned how quickly the representative was able to process my claim and get me some help within an hour I was contacted by a local medical provider that scheduled me for surgery the next day! The Doctor in Serbia was fantastic and eventually my foot healed perfectly.

As I have mentioned before when I've done these reviews - it's pretty hard for me to tell you that I'm satisfied when thankfully I've never had to file a claim. That's when I would really find out if I was happy.
