Fortunately, we had no issues during our 3 week trip and did not need to use the insurance that we purchased! But it was nice knowing that it was there if we did need happen to need it.

Myn insurance coverage was only for airfare. I had to cancel our trip because of medical issues and made the claim in plenty of time. The claim process was onerous and the actual remimbursement ($900) after I provided ALL required documentation , took inordinately long.

I purchased the insurance on December 22, 2021, and the Templeton Tours cancelled the trip the first week of January, 2022. When the trip was re-scheduled, the insurance company re-instated my coverage with no increase in price. Very pleased with the company.

I rate this travel insurance high. Fortunately, I did not need to file a claim, however, working with the personnel gave me confidence. I did not get reimbursed for a legitimate claim from another insurance company, and the personnel from your agency even made efforts to rectify this.

Our trip in March 2020 was interrupted due to water service being suspended in Cairo due to overwhelming rains. We were told that we were not covered for this since we were already on our trip. A few months ago we were contacted by IMG and told we could file a claim. We were lucky that we had kept all of our emails and receipts from our travel company and airlines. After many emails sending materials requested by IMG they reviewed our trip and we thought we received a very fair settlement for the portion of our trip missed. Knowing the process now, we will look at IMG for our next trip.
