Great Insurance for the price. Again, we were fortunate to not have any problems and didn't need to file a claim. Nice to have it in your pocket though if needed.

Did not filed a claim, so to the extent my experience was limited. As for InsureMyTrip.com - I use it for quite a while. Very convenient and professional. Highly recommend.

I broke my arm in Morocco and needed surgery. The claim process was a bit complicated but I did receive compensation for the medical part. Unfortunately, I needed transportation to rejoin my group and that was not covered. Overall I was happy with the results. Another complication was that I had another travel insurance policy for my trip to Costa Rica and the 2 plans got mixed up. It was resolved after about 30 minutes on the phone.
