No claim filed. In researching with BBB, this plan seemed to have less complaints at a lower cost than some other plans. All plans seem over priced, never sure its really worth it as have never filed a claim. Be sure to closely read all the fine print on any plan before you buy.

The good thing about your plan is I never had to use it or file a claim. You don't really know the value of travel insurance until you have to use it and see how the company treats you then.

I didn't have to file a claim, but the detailed list of what was covered, the amount of coverage for the price, and the ease of purchasing the plan made planning our honeymoon much less stressful. My job often forces plan/vacation changes, so I was very nervous that we wouldn't be able to make a vacation we were planning so far in the future, but knowing I was covered helped immensely. I will use this service again.

Didn't need to use the plan but the basic coverage was very good. I had an accident a month before leaving and my doctor was uncertain whether I could go -- right up until 6 days before leaving. Knowing that I had coverage to refund my out of pocket expenses removed one layer of discomfort, at least!
