Cancel for Work Reasons
Available from several insurance providers, Cancel For Work Reasons provides trip cancellation protection in the event that a business or work-related reason forces you to cancel your trip. The benefit provides protection against situations such as the following:
- A traveler is unexpectedly required to work.
- Business operations are interrupted by fire, flood, burglary, vandalism, product recall, bankruptcy, or financial default.
- A traveler becomes involved in a merger or acquisition for their company.
To be eligible for the coverage, you must purchase the plan within a certain period of your initial or final trip deposit (varies by provider). See the plan details for more information.
