I had a claim and the representative I talked with was helpful. I had trouble with using the AXA website, so I asked for a claim form by mail. I finally got the website figured out before the claim form arrived by mail. My claim was honored in full, but I had complete documentation.Chilton T.
Plan was great, but you need to be sure and read the rules for Cancel For Any Reason, especially the 14 day purchase rule. If you purchase this trip insurance greater than 14 days from leaving, you may be out of luck.Allen K.
Unfortunately, we did have to cancel our safari and file a claim, but AXA was fantastic with their speed and ease of filing. We had bought the Cancel For Any Reason benefit, in addition to the "usual" that they offered. In this case, since it was a medical reason, AXA paid 100% of our non-reimbursed costs of the safari. We always buy this insurance and will continue to buy AXA's product. Excellent!Christopher M.
