The Custom plan is the more economical of the two plans offered by CSA. This plan offers comprehensive Trip Cancellation and Trip Interruption coverage if you have to cancel or interrupt for one of the listed covered reasons. Some covered reasons include:
Another important coverage included in this plan is Missed Cruise Connection which can help in the event that you miss your cruise or tour departure. If your cruise leaves without you, due to a cancellation or delay of three or more hours of your scheduled airline flights because of inclement weather, Missed Cruise Connection benefits can help you catch up to your trip.
Along with Travel Delay, Medical, Baggage, and Emergency Medical Evacuation coverage, this plan offers a broad range of concierge services. Informational services such as City Profiles are available and can give you reports on health advisories and social customs at your destination. Also, they can help with arranging delivery of specialized food, schedule golf tee times, personalized retail shopping assistance, airline reservations and locating pet services. If there is a medical emergency during your trip, the assistance provider will arrange for your pet to be returned home, if your pet is traveling with you and you are not able to take care of it. Whether you are traveling with your furry friends or not, you never know what is going to happen while you travel, so it is best to be prepared.

Provided "peace of mind" that allowed us to relax without worry about unintended surprises.Joseph P.
Thankfully, I didn't have any issues traveling and didn't need to use any portion of the insurance.Cynthia W.
This is the second time we went with CSA. The first time in November 2013, my wife broke her arm during a fall on the ship and was seen at a hospital in the Bahamas. We kept all the paperwork and filed a modest claim for less than $800, and CSA paid it quickly.Alan D.
