I want to rate the plan and my satisfaction a 5, but am uncomfortable doing so without having to file a claim.I would feel better qualified to give a 5 star rating that may influence the decisions of others if I had implemented the plan as presented. I would definitely recommend not traveling without extra insurance especially if someone is traveling outside their native country. The plan I chose had everything I was looking for and I was pleased with the price. Having the extra insurance definitely gave me peace of mind while traveling.

Since I didn't suffer any illness or injury, I did not use any benefits. So I cannot evaluate or recommend the filing/reimbursements and satisfaction with the plan. The website was simple to navigate to select a plan and I had peace of mind on my trip- well worth the cost.

Thankfully we did not have to use our plans. However the reasonable price and the peace of mind the plans provided was well worth it. I will do the same on my next trip. Thank you.

As most other purchasers stated: " I thankfully Did Not have to use the service". Tho at times & places along my trip had joking thoughts in my mind that "here is where it might come into play" ; )
Not sure how well it would have worked if I had to use it but Relative to the cost of everything else..It seems a very fair price to pay for some peace of mind.
If purchasing again I would be sure to verify a contact phone # for AIG that is "easily" called with the users language; from a foreign phone. All in all as a new traveler I have found phone calls very hard to make.
