I've used Travel Guard for many years to cover my travels and have always been satisfied with both coverage and price. I recently checked into their insurance for an upcoming trip & was disappointed to see that they will no longer cover me for a trip to Italy. I have no idea why. Hopefully that will change.

Customer Service was excellent, and this insurance represented a good value. Subsequent to purchase, however, I learned that a similar product is available through a competitor at a lower price.

I had originally purchased this plan for a trip to Poland in September, 2013. I came down with pneumonia and had to cancel the trip. Travel Guard returned all of my money with no problem. That's why I chose the same plan for my trip to Poland in June of 2014. I will use them again.
