This is the 3rd policy I've purchased. I've filed one claim and my experience was great! The customer service rep emailed the required forms, I returned the form, my bill and my ship documents via email and was reimbursed within 10 days. I've recommended InsureMyTrip to all of my friends.

Insurance provides peace of mind, and you hope you don't need to use it! The plan provided the coverage we wanted for our family of four at a much better price than the cruise line. We also felt at ease knowing that between our private medical insurance and this travel insurance, we would be well insured in case of an out of country emergency.

We did not have any need to make a claim, thankfully. We like to have the insurance for peace of mind, especially since we have witnessed injuries and illnesses of others while traveling and know that having travel insurance saves mental anguish and effort as well as saving lots of money!
