Thank you for providing a review for the RoamRight Essential plan. However, there is no additional premium to list a beneficiary. The additional premium was to add the Accidental Death Benefit which requires that we list a beneficiary.Apr 12,2016

A member of our family became ill and sadly we had to cancel our cruise. RoamRight made the process very easy and quickly refunded the entire cost of our trip. Extremely glad we purchased this insurance because you never know.

Thankfully we did not need to use the policy. The day of departure we were threatened with hazardous weather conditions............having the policy provided a great feeling and peace of mind knowing that in the event of cancellation we would be covered.

The most important tthing you need is the emergency evacuation policy, as most medical plans do not cover that. Second would be the trip interruption and/or cancellation.

We did want to clarify that all Comprehensive Plans listed on our website include Medical, Emergency Medical Evacuation and Trip Cancellation / Trip Interruption coverage. Our Medical plans include Medical, Emergency Medical Evacuation and Trip Interruption but usually only for return air if you must return home early due to the death of an immediate family member or destruction of your home due to fire or a natural disaster.Feb 28,2016
