We did not need to file any claims for our travel, but it was good piece of mind due to the possibility of hurricane delays and possible sickness or other calamity in the family. The price was reasonable for the coverage. I would prefer to be able to pick and choose what was covered, as we probably didn't need all of the coverage items.
