based on cost vs. coverage, it was a very good plan. Of course, I do not know how they will handle a claim as I never filed a claim (and filing a claim would be bad- meaning something happened!) I would buy again from this site for future travels.

My husband was involved in a motorbike accident in Vietnam. He was a passenger with a professional driver who had the misfortune of a dog running directly into the front wheel of the motorbike resulting in the accident. My husband was badly scraped and bruised. The insurance covered all the medical supplies which was all we were asking. It was comforting to know that had there been more serious injuries such as broken bones, the insurance would have covered those expenses as well.

My father died unexpectedly 3 weeks before our planned cruise that I had insured with C&F. Once I got all the documents to them, they paid my claim in full in less than a month and they even arranged with the airline to refund my airfare (which I had insured as well). It was handled all by email. I would use them again and was glad that I insured not only the cruise fare but the airfare as well, never dreaming that I would actually need it.
