We've purchased their coverage several times in the past. (Generali Global Assist) Last year we had a claim and they were great with handling and paying. Will continue to purchase their coverage for all our travel needs.

I called General Global on 9/20, after going to my London hotel, trying to check in, was told no hot water, and they didn’t know when it would be fixed, waiting for a part. Rep. Looked at my policy and I was told not covered for trip interruption, even though I didn’t know if hot water problem would be fixed, and I would need to go to another hotel. I was very disappointed with General Global coverage. . Eventually there was hot water.

The coverage was appropriate for our cruise but overpriced. We are two very healthy 70+ so for us rates based solely on age are not fair

always satisfied with generali policies: didn't need to use this one AND on a bright note, got paid for small hotel claim on a past policy with little issues to get the funds!!.... thanks guys!

We didn't have to submit a claim for coverage, thankfully! But we did have good coverage in case we needed it! Never travel without insurance, especially foreign travel!
