While I did not file a claim, I did have a problem because I ran out of one of my medications on a Sunday in Vienna. I called the number provided for problems, and the person whoresponded did try to help me. She suggested that I ask the hotel concierge if she could be of assistance locally, but meanwhile she would see what she could do from her end. In fact, the hotel clerk was able to round up a doctor and a pharmacy,and all was well.

Fortunately I never needed to submit a claim, so I can't comment on that. But I did visit the hospital for those who can not afford the big hospital or had no insurance in Phnom Penh and was not only shocked at the conditions for the patients there, but very thankful that I was covered by this insurance.
