Had a small medical claim that they covered 100%. Took less than 30 days from fax to check. I did submit all docs that they requested in one fax to them. No need for more docs and time wasted. Miss G kept me informed on the status of my claim. There is no doubt i will use them again for any travel needs. Thank you miss G and insure and go

They really do not contact you when they say they are going to. There was a 3 month delay in payment for an injury and 1 medical bill.

I had to make a claim for delayed baggage. I supplied most of the requested documentation with the initial claim and it was paid in full and promptly without requiring any further documentation. I was very satisfied and have purchased a similar policy for next years vacation. My only suggestion for improvement is to allow email and fax to accept larger attachments. I had to split my claim into 4 separate sections and it still would not be accepted by email, and had to send in 4 separate faxes as their was a limit on the size of fax they would accept. That to one side, it was excellent service.

My luggage was opened and one shoe and scarf taken, yes one shoe. I immediately filed a claim with the airline and then with InsureandGo. I was paid promptly with little hassle

I had a medical emergency while on the ship. The ship's medical center charged me over $1,600. After we got home from the cruise, I filed a claim and received a check covering the cost in less than 2 weeks. Great service!
