The plan coveted all that we would have needed should something happen during our overseas vacation! The application was easy and thorough. We have used your company before when traveling out of the United States, and we felt confident in doing so again. We will definitely use you again, as you are seamless in applying and coverage. I was very impressed with the customer service and outlines of coverage provided. I am glad I did not have a chance to experience the claim service, but I suspect it would have been excellent.

When I requested the plan, I asked that the documents be mailed to me. When I received them by email, I called and asked again that they be mailed because my printer is not working. They arrived a full week later, the day before my cruise and after I had already flown to my departure city, so I had no proof of insurance with me.
