Unfortunately we were unable to take this trip due to the sudden and unexpected death of our traveling companion. The claim was filed immediately upon his death and the process was simple and it took a few weeks to have the claim approved. I now have peace of mind knowing all my other booked cruises and trips have been purchased through this very reliable company. Thank you.

My husband got an infected tooth while we were on vacation and after antibiotics it needed to be pulled right away. The claim process was easy and payment reimbursement was swift.

For work-related reasons we had to cancel an expensive and long-planned trip to Asia. After conferring with some representatives to clarify a couple of questions I gathered the required documents and submitted the claim entirely online. we received our full reimbursement check without issue within 10 days.
