When you purchase this plan, you’ll receive an email (or fax if requested) with a letter stating your personal information, your travel insurance policy number, effective dates of the plan, the medical limit you have chosen for the plan, that the plan has $0 deductible, an evacuation/repatriation coverage of $300,000 and your destination. This letter will need to be used to as proof of travel insurance to obtain a Schengen Visa.
This plan also offers limited travel-related coverage benefits. In the plan details you will find coverage for baggage loss benefits as well as trip interruption benefits. If your trip is cut short due to a covered reason listed in the plan details, then you may be eligible for trip interruption coverage through this plan.
