Medjet MedjetAssist Short Term

The MedjetAssist Short-Term Membership is ideal for individuals and families who are taking a short trip and want to purchase air-medical transport coverage on a trip by trip basis. This membership covers trips up to 30 days in length when you are traveling more than 150 miles from home (8, 15, 21 and 30-day options are available).

Whether you are traveling across the country or to an exotic international destination, this membership will give you peace of mind while traveling. If you need to be transported, Medjet will arrange and pay for air-medical transport back to your hospital of choice, via air ambulance or medical escort on a commercial airline. There are no claim forms, caps on coverage or hidden additional fees. All you pay is your initial membership fee.

Benefits begin at 12:01AM morning of the effective date and expire at midnight (CDT) of the expiration date, and your membership must be activated prior to departure from your primary residence address.

This membership is offered in individual, family and group coverage. A family membership protects the primary member, their domestic spouse or partner and up to five unmarried dependent children under age 19 (or under age 23, if a full-time student). The MedjetAssist Short-Term Membership is available for residents of the U.S., Canada or Mexico age 74 and under.
