The claim was settled fairly but once approved I think 10-15 business days for check was too long. I received mine in 9 business days.

Covered the trip to go to Fiji centering on a cruise. The boat was washed on the reef in a storm so that part was cancelled without reimbursement to us. We filed to recover what we lost on the cruise and you did not pay. We chose to go to Fiji anyway, without the cruise, and had to buy a NEW policy from you to cover the trip. We had no need to use that second policy so i suppose it "worked."
