I didn't have any reason to use the plan so I don't know how satisfied I would have been in that eventuality. However, the plan seems to be quite comprehensive and much more reasonably priced than its competitors.

I bought my plan around 1/26/2020 for my trip to Hong Kong , but due to the Cronoa-Virus in China, ive to cancel my trip to Hong kong, I was afraid I won't able go to work after I came back from Hong Kong due to the virus, and then I've cancelled my entire trip, call the customer service, rep told me this Cronoa-Virus was not cover with my insurance, I mean thats why I bought my insurance for, but anyway ,I not recommend for the trip insurance, is just waste money

It was a “bucket list” trip to South Africa Safari - provides peace of mind not only that would have covered the costs. We travel quite a bit and this is the first time ever we’ve bought trip insurance and it surely provided peace of mind.

Easy to purchase online and coverage was laid out pretty simply. My only reservation was whether I would have had trouble filing a claim if I had needed to, for the reason of the 2 week (or 15 day) requirement. Upon purchase, the online page explained that coverage was reduced if trip was paid more than 15 days before departure. I didn't understand why this made a difference, and this stipulation made it difficult for me to answer accurately. Someone else made the arrangements more than 15 days beforehand, but I paid for it much later.

These include but are not limited to the Pre-existing Condition Waiver, Financial Default and Cancel for Any Reason.
