I did not have to take advantage of the plan. So I cannot have an opinion as to how well the plan covered my needs but I felt very secure having a plan in case that I would be needing it. I thought they cost was very reasonable.

Attempted to reach the company as our trip to Europe was coming to an end this past weekend 8-30-2019. A hurricane was approaching my home State of Florida and my wife and I were simply trying to reach a representative of the insurance travel policy to ask a question about the policy, however, numerous attempts to do so were unsuccessful. We were never contacted after countless attempts on the “ we will call you back , no wait system “ and we were never cable to have are call picked up on hold. Luckily we did not have a claim... such as travel delay. The Hurricane did not affect Florida and our return flight back London-Dallas to Florida had no issues . If we did have a claim, I am not feeling very confident that we were going to be able to reach someone. This is the first time I have had a Travel policy that I may very well have possibly needed. Probably will choose a different travel policy company next year!

Insure My Trip is the only travel insurance I purchase for all of my trips because the staff is great, make fabulous suggestions, and it is easy to do. Like I can purchase by phone to ensure I get the exact coverage I need as I do mainly adventure and third-world country trips. I have even mentioned it several times in my Travel Advice Travel Insurance ebook which hopefully will be online within the month. Keep up the good work!

This was the first time I took out trip insurance--so I was winging it. I did compare several companies and their offerings. Yours seemed reasonable and straight forward. I did call customer service and they answered my questions -- eased my concerns. Did not need to file any claims as the Trip was pretty un-eventful from an issue perspective. The Trip, however, was awesome... Thank you...

Having this trip insurance gave me and my husband confidence that if we had any problems on our trip that we would get Assistsnce. In Europe we needed to know that we were covered for any medical problems and this olive was there to provide coverage if a need arised

A reasonable plan which we did not need to use.. Bought similar plan for a trip in July which we had a claim and it was handled properly so I will continue to use them.

The only hitches with the claim to Generali was a change in claim agent and a misunderstanding about the date a credit for a cancelled flight would expire. Took a bit longer to get this settled than I expected.
