I was very pleased with how quickly they took care of our claim. I was also happy that when we were delayed 9 1/2 hours that they paid for our lunches even though we had paid cash and didn't have receipts. It was a very reasonable price that we paid for our lunch so it was good that they covered it. Very happy with the expedited claim.

In this day and time with all the sickness and stuff going around, I felt secure in the fact that if I got sick or had a medical condition arise I would be protected. As we get older you never know what might happen unexpectedly. Thank you for giving me peace of mind to enjoy our trip.

Once the threshold of age 70 was realized, some competing travel insurance plans were extremely expensive for the coverage to Antarctica. General global policy provided necessary coverage at a much more reasonable cost.
