It is debateable at best. We purchased insurance coverage last summer, and the trip was cancelled due to the war in Israel, cancelled by the organizing group and agency. We got some an email from the insurer when requesting refund of paid monies for insurance puchased that stated: "there is insufficient extenuating circumstances described to allow cancellation at this time." Seriously???

Due to the war on Israel our planned trip was cancelled two months prior to when we were scheduled to go. IMG refused to refund any dollars. I find this unacceptable and therefore will let everyone I know to NOT insure with this company!

Well I didn’t file a claim and I think that’s the true test of insurance company’s but I’ll say this, it was easy to get, affordable and gave me peace of mind. No complaints!
