I have had to make changes for a couple of policies and will need to do one more. The level of difficulty is too high with the paperwork I am able to get from Royal Caribbean… if you don’t need all the paperwork for me to buy insurance, why do I have to provide a mountain for minor changes…. Also no way to enter a beneficiary.

Thankfully I did not need to use this insurance...I am very tech challenged and was able to figure it out. I wish there was a printed copy sent out.I will be using u again in March.Ty!

Luckily I didn't have to use my plan, but I'm glad it was there. Coverage and cost of the plan for one trip are excellent. Of course, the proof is in the pudding. I will buy Nationwide plans on my upcoming trips and will comment on how easy or hard they were to use if needed. So far, highly recommend and this seems like a better choice than Allianz, for example. More coverage, less cost, better customer contact via email and phone (I did call to see if I could get though).

We didn't have need for our plan which is always terrific. My only complaint, for not having to use it, is that it would be nice to receive an email with the important things to take along for the trip, like how to contact them IF something were needed.

The cruise itinerary we originally purchased changed and we shifted the cruise embarkation date by one week. One would think it would be a hassle free exercise to change the insurance coverage dates. One would be wrong.
The number of email exchanges, documents, duplicate documents, duplicate explanations and multiple phone calls were required. It would have been easier to scrap the original policy and purchase a new one. So much for the creed “customer satisfaction.”

To request an exception to change a policy after the review period, proper documentation is necessary to make a request. This information will help the insurance company determine if the guidelines for a successful exception have been met.
