Better Business Bureau Rating
Two days after I purchased this plan, I broke a bone in my foot and was unable to travel on a European cruise leaving in less than a month. The cruise line would not let us change dates; so, I had to cancel. I filed a claim with the insurance. The process was easy. Everything was submitted online. I received a 100% refund within a couple of weeks. I would 100% trust a policy purchased through this company again.

Typical insurer whose first action is to automatically deny the claim based on..... no one reviewing the claim. Second attempt after calling resulted in denial based on "service not covered in plan" when the contact clearly states the coverage and amount. One must go through so many hoops and hurdles including appealing, just to get the benefit one has paid for. I'm disappointed and regret purchasing a policy.
